Who doesn’t want to lose weight and win arguments! Both appear to get harder as we get older but good old coffee might be coming to our rescue. Drinking a strong cup of coffee just before exercise increases fat burning and this effect is more pronounced in the afternoon.
Coffee might not help us win arguments but as it turns out research shows that it might be wiser resolving these when they occur rather than letting resentment and unresolved conflicts persist. Those who were able to sort out their differences favourably when they occurred had lower rates of residual adverse affect which lead to less accumulation of physiological stress and greater emotional wellbeing.
