The world’s healthiest smoothie

If we’re nominating hormones and sexes what better way to finish off this trifecta than to reveal the best smoothie.  I thought I’d go about this in the most scientific fashion by simply googling the world’s healthiest smoothie and I hit the jackpot with the very first entry.  I’m not sure how much research went into this offering as it simply includes a chopped banana and apple, 2 scoops of protein powder, 2 table spoons of flaxseeds, blueberries and a top up of orange juice.  Aside from adding kale and kefir and swopping coconut water for orange juice my routine smoothie appears to be pretty close to a world beater.  Now all I need is a pinch of melatonin and a cautionary side of testosterone and I might be ready for the next Australian Open.
