The most potent anti-inflammatory vegetables and fruit

While we’re spicing up our brains with protective nutrients minimising exposure to inflammatory foods is another strategy we can employ to limit brain ageing.  This means reducing our consumption of ultra processed, fried and sugary foods as well as red meat while maximising our intake of antioxidant rich vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, beet root, sweet potatoes, garlic and onions.   The most powerful anti-inflammatory fruits include all the berry fruits, cherries, pomegranates, grapes and avocados.
