Air pollution and dementia

There is substantial evidence linking increasing exposure to polluted air with high blood pressure, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and dementia.  Yet we continue to marinate our hearts and our brains in a relentless fog of toxic chemicals in part because we are unaware that these poisons are exerting such nonstop havoc.  Near where I live there are restaurants and coffee shops which provide an outdoor dining experience on busy thoroughfares with a steady stream of vehicles bathing the patrons joyously imbibing their cappuccinos in a constant eddy of lethal compounds, unbeknownst to them.

I’m going to be a bit of a smarty pants here and suggest that the the simplest solution would be to take a keep cup and enjoy the cappuccino experience in a park close to nature and distant from the pollution.
